1. Services Provided
Affordable Tree Service Today (“we,” “our,” or “us”) offers professional tree care services, including but not limited to:
Tree trimming and pruning
Tree removal
Stump grinding
Emergency tree services
Lot clearing
Brush removal
All services are subject to availability and coverage in our service areas.
2. Project Limit & Licensed Contractor Clause
Affordable Tree Service Today will complete jobs totaling under $7,499 in labor and materials. Jobs totaling $7,500 and beyond will be performed by a licensed and reputable local contractor vetted by Affordable Tree Service Today.
Important Disclaimer:
We are not held liable in any form for any services not performed directly by us. The licensed contractor completing your project will have a separate contract directly with you, which will outline the specific terms and conditions of your project. It is your responsibility to review and agree to those terms before work begins.
3. Estimates and Payments
Free estimates are provided upon request and are valid for 30 days. Final costs may vary based on site conditions and scope. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may be subject to fees.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online contact form. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
5. Property Access and Liability
Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed access to work areas. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or landscape features not disclosed prior to service. We take safety seriously and follow best practices, but clients accept responsibility for pre-existing property risks.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to services we directly perform. Affordable Tree Service Today is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including those related to work performed by third-party contractors, as outlined in Section 2.
7. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purposes or to disrupt its operation.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which we operate.
